MarketTime Pro differs a bit with how it displays Order Statuses as compared to the Web App (https://apps.markettime.com). This article provides a quick explanation of each status as it relates to MarketTime Pro.

Order Statuses can be found in various places within both the Web App and MarketTime Pro, but the most common locations and examples are shown below:
Web App
These statuses are seen by going to Orders > View Orders from the Navigation Menu.
MarketTime Pro
These statuses can be seen on the Find Orders screen from the Home Screen.
Order Status | Applicable Application | Definition | Notes |
Pending |
MarketTime Pro | A Pending order is an order that's still in-progress and hasn't been Finished. | Pending orders only exist on the device it was began on. |
Incomplete |
Web App | An Incomplete order is an order that's still in-progress and hasn't been Finalized. Incomplete orders can not be sent to the Manufacturer. | Incomplete orders only exist in the Web App and can't be synced to MarketTime Pro. |
Open |
Web App | An Open order is an order that has all required fields complete, making it eligible for transmission. | |
Quote |
MarketTime Pro | Quote is typically the first status/step after HFC in MarketTime Pro. | This usually signifies that you intend to send the Quote(s) to Customers for review. |
HFC |
MarketTime Pro | HFC (short for Hold for Confirmation) is typically the second status/step chosen after Finishing orders in MarketTime Pro. | This usually signifies that you're awaiting Customer review of their order(s). These orders will appear as "Open" in the Web App. |
Quote |
Web App | Quote is an optional status in the Web App that can be used to send to the Customer for review. | When sending, the email that the Customer receives says "Here is your Quote". |
Confirmed |
MarketTime Pro | Confirmed is the status that you will set to flag the order for transmissions to the Manufacturer. | If "Auto Send" is enabled in MarketTime Pro, the order will be sent to the Manufacturer immediately after selecting this status if connected to the internet.* These orders will appear as Transmitted in the "Web App". |
Transmitted |
Web App | Transmitted is the status the Web App sets the order to once transmitted to the Manufacturer. | These orders will appear as "Confirmed" in MarketTime Pro. |
* NOTE: Transmitting orders to Manufacturers from MarketTime Pro is not currently supported, but will be soon. The features related to Transmitting orders to the Manufacturer noted below are referencing features to be released soon!
