This can be done by choosing Transmit Order under the Orders option in the Navigation Menu.
Browsing Orders to Transmit
This screen allows you to choose the orders you'd like to transmit, who you'd like to transmit them to, and how, among other things.
Search (1) - Allows you to search through your orders with a variety of criteria (such as an PO # or Retailer Name)
Advanced (2) - Allows you to refine your search.
Open/Quote (3) - Toggles between Open and Quote orders
Manufacturer Filter (4) - Allows the filtering of multiple Manufacturers
Rep Group Filter (5) - Allows filtering of orders by Rep Group
Order Code Filter (6) - Allows the filtering of orders by Order Code
The tabs at the top allow you to toggle between orders to be transmitted to your Manufacturers or Customers
Transmitting Orders to Manufacturers or Customers
To transmit orders to your Manufacturers/Customers, begin by selecting the orders you'd like to transmit (1), then select the action you'd like to perform (2).
MARK AS SENT ALREADY: Mark the order as Transmitted. This will not transmit the order, but mark it as if it were sent.
PRINT: Produce PDF copies of the selected orders to open/save to your computer.
SEND VIA OUTLOOK: This will open a draft in Outlook on your computer, to be sent in manually via your mail program rather than directly through MarketTime.
TRANSMIT ORDERS: Transmit the selected orders to their respective Manufacturers.J Jeremy is the author of this solution article.
