Email and Print Preferences
Group Items on Sales Order By - This option allows you to group items by Product Line, Available Date, or Product Line & Available Date when viewing products on the Orders screen during order entry.
Order Items on Sales Order By - This option allows you to sort products on orders by Sequence (the order in which the products were added), SKU, or Name.
Print All Orders in Single Batch - When this option is toggled ON, when you choose to print or email orders, it will allow you to include all orders written for a customer in a single session (multiple dates, etc.) together in the same PDF file. When toggled OFF, it will produce individual PDF files for each order written during the session.
Order Preferences
Display Line Item History - When toggled ON, this option allows you to view Line Item details when browsing previous orders after selecting a customer from the Create Order screen. When toggled OFF, you will only see the order(s) and it's total.
Numeric Keyboard on Product Search - When toggled ON, you will be given an on-screen numeric keyboard to use from the Search screen when finding products to add to your order(s).
Find Orders - Default Number of Days - This option allows you to determine the default date range that appears when accessing the Find Orders screen. By default, the app sets this to Today's Only.
Allow the default Ship Date to Change for future Ship Date - When this option is toggled ON, it allows the Ship Date for an order to change based on an item's Default Ship Date. When toggled OFF, the Ship Date for the order can not be changed.
Product Banners
Hide Future Product Banner - When toggled ON, the app will hide any items deemed as "Future Product" (products not available immediately, but have a Next Available Date) when searching/browsing products in the app. When toggled OFF, future products are available to see and add to orders.
Hide Out of Stock Banner - When toggled ON, the app will hide items that are deemed "Out of Stock" based on their Quantity Available provided. When toggled OFF, Out of Stock items will appear when searching/browsing products in the app and are available to add to orders.
Searching for Products
Search on Command - When toggled ON, this adds a "Search" button next to the search field, requiring you to tap Search to perform the search. When toggled OFF, the app will automatically search through products as you type into the Search field.
Show All - When toggled ON, this allows ALL products for Manufacturers you have access to to be loaded when browsing them from the Search screen. When toggled OFF, you must manually choose to Show All when filtering by a specific Manufacturer.
NOTE: It's recommended to keep this option toggled OFF to improve performance for larger companies.
