As a manufacturer, supplier, vendor, or brand, MarketTime Order Delivery Elite offers a variety of flexible options to view and manage orders received from connected sales agencies in one central, web-based location or to seamlessly send orders to your preferred Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Before You Start
Before viewing or managing orders, please keep these things in mind:
- You must use MarketTime's Order Delivery Elite product to take advantage of the features and capabilities outlined in this article.
- Visit this page for more details: Which order export setting am I using?
- Orders sent to you from a connected sales agency can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes to appear in your orders list after the order is transmitted from the sales agency
- If you do not see an order after 30 minutes, please get in touch with the agency to ensure the order has been transmitted to your account
View Orders
After logging in to your account, navigate to Orders from the left-side navigation. On this page, you will see orders you have received from your connected MarketTime sales agencies.
Defaults
By default, the list of orders shows:
- Orders listed by Bill To Customer Name
- With a status of
- Open
- Error
- With an order date of the past 90 days
- Sorted by Order Date in descending order (newest to oldest)
Filters
You have several options to control which orders you see in the list, including:

Advanced Search options
- View by Bill To or Ship To customer name

Status filters
- Date Range options
- Order Date

Ship Date and Cancel Date
- Order Date

Sort by each column (click on the column heading to change the sort order)
- Per-page list length controls
Order Level Actions
For each order, you have a variety of actions available by clicking the blue arrow button:

Print/Preview
- Also includes options to download a CSV
- Download PDF
- Edit Note
- Resolve Errors
- Hold
- Cancel
- Reopen
- Deliver Order
- Process Payment
Print/Preview
To preview and print an order copy:
- Locate the order
- Click the blue arrow button
- Click Print/Preview
- To print the order, click Print
- To download a PDF or CSV version of the order, click Select Export
Download PDF
To download a PDF copy of the order:
- Locate the order
- Click the blue arrow button
- Click Download PDF
Edit Note
To view or edit order notes, follow these steps:
- Locate the order
- Click the blue arrow button
- Click Edit Note
Resolve Warnings and Errors
When you're ready to resolve warnings and errors on orders, please follow these steps: Map Data and Resolve Errors.
Hold
To put an order on hold, follow these steps:
- Locate the order
- Click the blue arrow button
- Click Hold
- Click
- Click Skip Notes
- Or add a note (optional) and click Save Notes & Continue
Cancel
To cancel an order on hold, follow these steps:
- Locate the order
- Click the blue arrow button
- Click Cancel
- Click
- Click Skip Notes
- Or add a note (optional) and click Save Notes & Continue
Reopen
To reopen an "On Hold" or "Cancelled" order, follow these steps:
- Locate the order
- Click the blue arrow button
- Click Reopen
Deliver Order
